The Marketing Intern will support the Marketing team with conference and event planning, campaign execution, and day-to-day operational needs. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, organized self-starter who is interested in gaining hands-on experience in marketing operations, events, and campaign support. The intern will play a key role in ensuring marketing initiatives run smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with email, calendars, spreadsheets, and documents.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate with a team.
  • Comfortable handling logistics and coordination tasks.
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • May occasionally lift or move materials up to 25 lbs (conference materials, boxes, etc.).
  • Must be comfortable standing, packing, or organizing materials for short periods of time.
  • Primarily an office environment with regular use of computers, phones, and printers.
  • Occasional warehouse or storage area work related to packing and shipping event materials.
  • Moderate noise level typical of an office setting.

Nice To Haves

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed coursework in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Prior internship or experience in marketing, events, or administrative support is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Conference & Event Support: Assist with conference and event planning logistics, including hotel reservations, travel coordination, and vendor communication.
  • Support packing, shipping, and tracking of conference materials and promotional items.
  • Help manage on-site and pre-event preparation needs, including individual requests from team members.
  • Campaign & Email Marketing Support: Assist with planning, building, and scheduling marketing campaign emails.
  • Support campaign execution by organizing assets, tracking timelines, and ensuring deliverables are met.
  • Perform basic quality checks on emails and campaign materials before launch.
