Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Conduct market research and analyze customer trends and preferences to identify new product positioning and digital marketing strategies.
Collaborate with the Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist to brainstorm, create, and schedule content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
Help design graphics, write copy, and capture/organize photos or videos for use across digital channels.
Monitor social media engagement and contribute ideas for increasing reach, impressions, and interactions.
Track and report key performance metrics for marketing initiatives alongside the Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
