Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing an organic social media strategy aligned to brand and business objectives
  • Partner with internal teams and external agencies to create and refine social media content
  • Support content planning, scheduling, and publishing across platforms
  • Monitor trends and identify opportunities to improve engagement and relevance
  • Track and analyze social media performance and metrics
  • Work with Director, Marketing Intelligence & Analytics to develop performance reports
  • Identify key insights and recommend optimizations based on results
  • Support Manager of Marketing Operations in planning and delivering marketing campaigns
  • Assist in coordinating campaign components across channels (email, digital, in-store, etc.)
  • Help ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within scope
  • Participate in campaign planning and post-campaign review processes
  • Conduct research on competitors in the automotive repair and maintenance category
  • Analyze competitor messaging, websites, promotional tactics, and social media presence
  • Summarize findings into clear insights that can inform marketing strategy
