Responsibilities

  • Support the marketing team in designing, developing, and producing compelling proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials.
  • Assist with graphic design components.
  • Manage social media production and calendar.
  • Maintain systems for extracting, categorizing, and retrieving information related to clients, consultants, personnel, projects, prior proposals, boilerplate, and visuals.
  • Create proposals and presentations.
  • Gather content from team members and project partners.
  • Draft and proofread internal and external communications.
  • Prepare and coordinate awards competition entries.
  • Organize special events organized by the firm/company.
  • Coordinate project and promotional photography.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Understanding of basic business development principles.
  • Knowledge of database concepts.
  • Organizational skills and multi-tasking.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to work well with various types of personalities and work styles.
  • Excellent time management skills and a sense of urgency.
  • Passion for participating in professional development and community-focused organizations.

Nice-to-haves

  • Seeking an Associate or bachelor's degree recommended.
  • Recommended: Attend SMPS and other relevant industry workshops.
