About The Position

Our team of real estate professionals with entrepreneurial spirit and deep roots work together to create success for our clients. Our Greenville office is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Marketing Intern to support our marketing efforts in the commercial real estate industry. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, design, and content management.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field
• Moderate design skills and experience with Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as WordPress and Buildout
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects

Nice To Haves

• Basic knowledge of or interest in commercial real estate is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update website listings using WordPress and Buildout
• Refresh photos and copy on existing marketing materials as needed
• Draft and schedule eblasts, manage and update contact lists, and report follow-up e-blast performance analytics
• Create and edit labeled aerial maps for marketing flyers and offering memorandums (OMs)
• Create content and schedule posts for social media channels
• Assist with additional marketing tasks as needed
