Requirements

• Currently enrolled in the Montana State University Business Banking program - Jake Jabs College of Business.
• Pursuing a degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Desire to pursue a career in Community Banking.
• Experience with marketing computer software, online applications, VRM analytics, and Google Adwords.
• A high degree of reliability and dependability.
• Exhibits excellent responsiveness and follow-up.
• Demonstrated high level of quality, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.

Nice To Haves

• Excellent customer service skills and previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to demonstrate proficiency in many systems and software used by GBCI employees.
• Ability and willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, techniques and procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently to carry out assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, including special projects as assigned.
• Works under general supervision, performs routine duties related to preparing and assembling documentation.
• Support the marketing team.
• Assist in the creation of signage, mockups, and social media content.
• Assist in planning and hosting marketing events.
• Maintain quality customer service in all aspects of the position.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures and all applicable laws and regulations.
• Complete assigned online training courses and achieve a passing score by due date.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance to accomplish job duties.
