About the Marketing Intern Opportunity We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Front-End Website Intern to support website updates, UI/UX enhancements, and digital marketing initiatives. This role will assist with front-end website edits, content management, website reviews, and optimization efforts to improve user experience, support marketing objectives, and contribute to overall website strategy that drives engagement, lead generation, and brand growth.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Website Development, Computer Science, Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in website development, digital strategy, and user experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be able to work under minimum supervision.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end website editing principles is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) is preferred.
  • Fast learner who takes initiative and enjoys problem-solving.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent creative writing and communication skills.
  • Excellent time management, punctuality, and organizational skills.
  • Positive, proactive attitude and ability to work well as a team in an open office environment.
  • High School (or equivalent work experience)

Responsibilities

  • Assist in reviewing and optimizing website content for clarity, consistency, performance, and user experience.
  • Perform website quality assurance (QA) testing to ensure pages function properly across browsers and devices.
  • Support front-end website editing, including updating content, layouts, and basic code adjustments (HTML/CSS).
  • Help manage and maintain website content within the CMS, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand standards.
  • Collaborate on website strategy initiatives, including page structure, navigation improvements, and conversion optimization efforts.
  • Document website processes, updates, and best practices to support internal knowledge sharing.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to improve website performance, usability, and SEO impact.
  • Support ongoing site audits and digital optimization projects.
