About The Position

The Hubbell Internship Program is a 10 to 12-week program providing students the opportunity to gain corporate experience, learn about all aspects of our business, and prepare students with the kind of experience needed to have a rewarding career at Hubbell. The vertical markets Hubbell Enterprise Marketing (HEM) intern will contribute to high-priority initiatives by managing projects to develop essential assets and collateral that support strategic objectives. They will captain the Q3 and Q4 social media editorial plan for vertical markets, including Data Centers, Renewables, Transportation, Fuels and/or others. They may also assist in support of trade show promotion, analytics and reporting, and product commercialization. The vertical marketing (HEM) intern role will work directly toward initiatives defined by the vertical marketing strategy and business development teams to increase sales across key markets, which include creation of marketing assets and promotion to increase awareness of our portfolios in the spaces. The intern can expect to gain knowledge of B2B marketing practices, insights into key markets in prominent growth sectors, internal marketing agency and stakeholder relations, social media best practices, trade show marketing, marketing project management, and Adobe Workfront platform applications.

Requirements

  • Enrollment in an accredited university working towards a Bachelor's or Master's Degree related to the internship (required)
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA (required)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products preferred.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and systems.
