About The Position

This position provides direct support to the department by assisting with analysis, research, reporting, and preparation of presentation materials. He/She researches results to address specific business needs, perform data analyses, and create recommendations based on findings. This position communicates results to key stakeholders and proactively addresses related issues.

Requirements

• Must be a student currently enrolled in a degreed college/university program, or graduated from a degreed college/university program within the last 24 months.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Spanish Fluency-Preferred.
• Analytical background, strong data analysis skills, SQL knowledge and Power BI knowledge.
• Must be currently located in the same geographic location as the job.

Responsibilities

• Develops actionable research objectives to address key business issues.
• Performs analysis, analyzes data, and interprets findings to ensure comprehensive understanding of results before presenting to stakeholders.
• Maintains an understanding of current market and industry practices to leverage existing knowledge and optimize the development of customer analysis.
• Communicates findings and insights from analysis to key stakeholders.
