Requirements

A passion for creativity and hospitality — you get the vibe of what makes a brand stand out.
Strong writing and communication skills with a social media-savvy mindset.
A balance of curiosity, professionalism, and an eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a marketing, communications, business, design, or related program.

Responsibilities

Support the Marketing & Design team in executing creative campaigns across multiple Atlas brands.
Create and curate engaging photo, video, and written content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Track engagement metrics, monitor trends, and brainstorm ideas that grow audience reach.
Assist with photo and video shoots, influencer partnerships, and on-site activations.
Contribute to the development of menus, flyers, digital assets, and promotional materials.
Research market trends, competitors, and creative best practices to keep ideas fresh.
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, HR, and PR to keep our storytelling consistent and authentic.
