About The Position

At HCVT, we are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Marketing Intern to support our team with proposal development, marketing material preparation, and data management. This role offers hands-on experience in marketing operations within a professional services environment. The ideal candidate will assist in updating website content and employee bios, drafting and formatting proposal materials, and maintaining directory listings.

Requirements

• On track to completing a Bachelor's degree with a focus in Marketing, Communications, English or Journalism preferred, from accredited college or university.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Proactive with a team-player attitude with proven people skills.
• Ability to effectively multi-task and apply solid organizational skills in fast-paced environment.
• Detail oriented, with high productivity; experience with multiple corresponding deadlines.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Hubspot preferred.
• Desire to grow in the Marketing or Business Development field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, formatting, and editing of client proposals, ensuring brand consistency and accuracy.
• Support the creation of marketing materials, including PowerPoint presentations, sales sheets, and other collateral, to aid business development efforts.
• Maintain and update contact records, and pipeline data in HubSpot to ensure data accuracy and organization.
• Update company website content, including employee bios, news posts, and service pages, to reflect the latest firm developments and personnel changes.
• Help maintain and update the firm's listing, ensuring all information remains current and accurately represents the firm's services and personnel.
