We have a current opening for a Marketing Intern for the fall semester for our Sacramento, CA office.

Requirements

• Effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to build and maintain effective interpersonal relationships
• Commitment to Royal Linking Values, with attention to Integrity, Expertise, Passion, Collaboration, and Loyalty
• Knowledge of graphic design principles
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to frequent change, delays or unexpected events
• Ability to demonstrate the competencies of achieving results, initiative, communication, and teamwork
• Proficiency in MS Office, WordPress as well as creative software such as Adobe Premiere, Lightroom Classic, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Editorial mindset with an ability to predict audience preferences
• Project management skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English

Responsibilities

• Assists with graphic design for company events including flyers, invitations, social media posts
• Produces and distributes effective promotional and collateral marketing materials
• Coordinates, attends, and contributes to marketing meetings with respective teams
• Develops written materials including brochures, project lists, data sheets and resumes, performing functions within CRM databases and/or collaborating with department champions to obtain info
• Creates and maintains marketing graphics in Adobe Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator or PowerPoint
• Collaborate with Marketing Manager to finalize design mock-ups in Illustrator
• Photo bank development, including photo tagging
• Research assignments requiring diligent documentation
• Executes additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
