About The Position

At Bumble, we’re building a world where all relationships are healthy and equitable — not just romantic ones. Bumble For Friends (BFF) empowers people to build meaningful friendships rooted in kindness, confidence, and mutual respect. Our Marketing team plays a vital role in shaping how people discover and experience BFF, translating our mission into real-world moments that spark connection. As a Marketing Intern supporting BFF, you’ll gain hands-on experience across integrated campaigns, social storytelling, and experiential activations. You’ll collaborate closely with brand, social, experiential, and agency partners to help bring friendship-driven campaigns to life — from strategy through execution and measurement. Grounded in our values of Curiosity, Courage, and Respect, this role offers the opportunity to learn how modern marketing — including AI-enabled workflows — can deepen community and drive growth. You’ll report to a Marketing Manager and support initiatives that help more people find belonging through friendship.

  • Assist with operational processes including maintaining budget trackers, processing influencer agreements purchase orders, and tracking contracts in partnership with operations and legal
  • Conduct market and audience research to uncover insights that inform campaign direction and creative development
  • Use AI tools responsibly to support research, drafting recaps, summarising performance insights, and improving workflow efficiency, demonstrating Curiosity and an agile mindset
