TCC Materials is a leading manufacturer of architectural and concrete specialty products, which include concrete masonry block, concrete repair products, precast, architectural stone, mortars and grout, and hardscape landscaping products. The Marketing Intern will support the marketing team with day‑to‑day tasks and larger projects that strengthen brand awareness and improve customer communication. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands‑on experience across digital marketing, content creation, and product and sales support.

Requirements

Business acumen required with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work successfully without close supervision.
Must be able to multi-task in an accurate and timely manner.
Possess ability to effectively conceptualize, plan and organize.
Proficient with Windows PC, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Working knowledge of web operating systems.
Must be able to read, write and speak English.

Nice To Haves

Knowledgeable and experienced in the construction material industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist with creating, scheduling, and publishing social media content across company platforms.
Support website updates, including refreshing product pages, uploading images, and editing basic content.
Participate in photoshoots by helping organize products, capturing behind‑the‑scenes content, and assisting with image selection.
Update and format Technical Data Sheets to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Help design, edit, and enhance PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use.
Conduct research to support marketing campaigns and content development.
Assist with organizing digital assets, including photos, graphics, and documents.
Collaborate with team members to ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
Enter customer sales orders into NetSuite with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Communicate with the sales team to clarify missing, incomplete, or incorrect order information.
Ensure timely processing of orders to support smooth workflows and positive customer experience.
Leverage Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Publisher), WordPress, and other relevant technologies to efficiently complete assigned tasks.
Develop technical and application knowledge of company brands and product lines to properly promote products to customers.
All other duties as assigned by management.
