Our customers range from large national ESCOs to specialized electrical contractors, and they rely on SnapCount to transform slow, error-prone manual processes into streamlined digital workflows that increase speed and project capacity by 30% and win rates by 25%. The energy retrofit boom is real, and we're the technology enabling it to scale. Which brings us to you. Amid our evolution to market leadership, we're seeking a Marketing Innovator who combines analytical rigor with creative vision, strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and technical fluency with compelling storytelling. You'll work directly with our leadership team to build a world-class marketing engine that drives Annual Contract Value growth, expands usage within existing accounts, and attracts high-value enterprise customers and talent.

Requirements

  • B2B SaaS growth experience: 3–5 years driving results in technical, complex or B2B sales environments
  • Full funnel marketing: Proven experience contributing across marketing content, digital campaigns, events, and partner initiatives
  • AI enabled marketer: Comfortable and has experience using AI tools to improve content creation, research, and campaign efficiency
  • Metrics driven mindset: Strong command of SaaS economics (CAC, LTV, NRR) and experimentation
  • Customer-centered storytelling: Ability to translate complex products into clear, emotional and compelling value narratives
  • Executional leadership: Self-directed, adaptable collaborator who thrives in fastmoving, resource lean teams

Responsibilities

  • Master our ecosystem: Gain deep expertise in SnapCount’s product, value, and differentiation through hands-on use and customer conversations. Confidently articulate our position in the energy services contracting market.
  • Audit and strategize: Assess current marketing efforts across SEO, content, web, and sales enablement. Identify quick wins and build a prioritized transformation roadmap.
  • Connect with customers: Interview 5–7 customers to understand their journey, capture success stories, and refine messaging that resonates with our target audience.
  • Establish your toolkit: Own and optimize the marketing tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, analytics, CMS). Build dashboards tracking traffic, leads, CAC, and pipeline impact.
  • Launch the content engine: Develop and execute an editorial calendar across blogs, case studies, social, email, and events. Deliver at least three sales-ready customer case studies.
  • Activate demand generation: Design and launch integrated campaigns for expansion and new acquisition. Use A/B testing to continuously optimize performance.
  • Implement AI-powered efficiency: Deploy AI tools for SDR/BDR automation and content creation to enable scalable, personalized outreach.
  • Build strategic collateral: Create a cohesive library of enablement materials that help sales and customer champions clearly communicate SnapCount’s value.
  • Drive measurable growth: Directly support YoY growth by generating qualified pipelines and accelerating sales cycles.
  • Own the customer journey: Design and optimize the end-to-end buyer journey, using advanced nurture programs to increase conversion at every stage.
  • Scale through partnerships: Launch co-marketing programs with manufacturers and channel partners, leveraging the SnapSource platform.
  • Establish thought leadership: Position StreamLinx leaders as industry experts through speaking engagements, podcasts, and strategic content.
