As the Head of Marketing, you will set the growth agenda, elevate brand ambition, and translate consumer insight into business-defining strategies. You will lead the demand engine—brand building, innovation, and omni-channel activation—and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver breakthrough outcomes. This role is a visible enterprise leadership position and a GM succession path for high-performing talent. In this role, you will: Set the BU growth agenda by integrating consumer insights, marketplace trends, and financial priorities into a unified business strategy. Build and execute brand and category growth strategies, including an 18-month One Demand Plan that delivers impact across digital and physical channels. Architect Clearly Superior Consumer Experiences that accelerate our growth Develop and execute AI-driven strategies into every aspect of the marketing practice Lead innovation strategy and pipeline development—from white-space identification to commercialization—anchored in consumer-forward big ideas. Shape brand vision and ensure best-in-class execution across all touchpoints, maximizing engagement, conversion, and long-term brand value. Serve as a key member of the BU Leadership Team, influencing resource allocation, planning processes, financial decisions, and transformation initiatives. Elevate consumer and brand obsession across the BU, ensuring marketing excellence and driving enterprise-wide capability building. Build, inspire, and develop a high-performing marketing organization with a culture rooted in inclusion, creativity, accountability, and continuous learning. Partner across Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D, Insights, Digital, and external agencies to drive aligned, end-to-end business outcomes. What we look for: Required Qualifications 12–15+ years of progressive experience in marketing, brand management, or general management within CPG or related consumer industries. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business objectives in complex, fast-moving environments. Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders, shape strategy, and lead cross-functional teams. Strong analytical, financial, and strategic acumen with experience developing business cases, innovation strategies, and forecasting new spaces. Deep understanding of consumer insights, competitive dynamics, and omni-channel marketing. Experience managing P&L-impacting decisions and contributing to long-term business planning. Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) considered. Fluency in English. Preferred Qualifications Experience across multiple business units, categories, or markets. Background in e-commerce, digital marketing, or DTC acceleration. Experience leading transformation, business turnaround, or large-scale capability shifts. Exposure to agile/lean innovation methodologies. MBA or equivalent strongly preferred.
