About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized, hands-on Marketing & Information Technology Project Lead to join our team in an onsite, full-time role. This position blends Marketing & Information Technology to support and drive company initiatives from concept through completion. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across departments, managing timelines, and translating business goals into technical and marketing solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management (formal certification a plus)
  • Strong working knowledge of IT systems, software, and digital tools
  • Experience in marketing execution, digital marketing, or marketing technology
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CRM platforms, CMS systems, and marketing automation tools
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, dashboards, reporting tools)
  • Background working in a cross-functional or small-team environment

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage cross-functional projects involving IT systems and marketing initiatives
  • Develop project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Track progress, manage resources, and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope
  • Communicate project status, risks, and updates to leadership and stakeholders
  • Manage and support internal technology systems, tools, and platforms
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related needs
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to websites, software, CRM, and marketing tools
  • Ensure systems are secure, updated, and aligned with business needs
  • Support and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
  • Manage website updates, email campaigns, and marketing automation tools
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights
  • Collaborate on branding, messaging, and content strategy
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams, marketing, and leadership
  • Provide clear documentation and process improvements
  • Ensure alignment between technical capabilities and marketing objectives
