The Marketing Host plays a crucial role in enhancing guest experiences and promoting the casino's programs and benefits.

  • Greets guests actively engaged in gaming and assists team members in player identification.
  • Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior guest service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.
  • Plan and execute all promotions, giveaways, drawings, and VIP events in coordination with Marketing Manager and support departments.
  • Exhibits a friendly, helpful, and courteous manner when dealing with guests and fellow team members.
  • Provide personalized services to guests, focused on players that meet the criteria of the Cactus Pete's Casino Host program, as well as creating new business and bringing back inactive players.
  • Establish accurate accounts for players based on guidelines, issue cards, and fully explain the program to them.
  • Provides guests with hospitality arrangements, including rooms, food, beverages, and assists with special requests.
  • Attempts to sign up non-members and communicate current promotions and benefits to existing members.
  • Advocates for the adoption and usage of the PENN Play app and Credit Card by consistently notifying guests of its benefits and value.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred.
  • Minimum of one year Casino Guest Service experience; or equivalent combination of experience and education preferred.
  • Must have moderate to high level computer skills, including experience with the Microsoft Office Suite of products.
