About The Position
As a Marketing Guest Experience Representative, you will have the opportunity provides full marketing support to the operation, to include administrative support, program assistance, event coordination, and all departmental reports.
Responsibilities
- Engage face-to-face with guests staying at our resort properties to promote opportunities to meet with our marketing team.
- Perform concierge duties such as educating guests about available services, answering the phones, and sharing promotional material.
- Serve as a point of contact for resort guests and visitors to receive information on how to participate in resort promotions while working closely with our resort operations team.
