About The Position

This is a hands-on opportunity to learn the engine behind how a high-growth, mission-driven technology company drives awareness, demand, and pipeline. As a Growth Marketing Intern at Flock Safety, you’ll work closely with our growth team to support campaigns, analyze performance, and help turn data into actionable insights that fuel smarter marketing decisions, all in service of making communities safer. You’ll rotate across lifecycle marketing, performance marketing, and website optimization, gaining exposure to real-world growth channels like email, paid media, web performance, and campaign analytics, while learning how experiments are planned, launched, and optimized at scale. You’ll work alongside experts on our web, lifecycle, and performance teams. This role is ideal for someone who’s analytical, detail-oriented, and curious about how marketing and data intersect. Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Sheets, Docs, and Slides
  • Comfortable working with data in spreadsheets, including sorting, filtering, and using basic formulas
  • Strong written communication skills and the ability to clearly document insights or campaign details
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Analytical mindset with curiosity about performance, testing, and optimization

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to Google Analytics or other web analytics tools
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Monday, or similar
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or interest in how websites are built and optimized
  • Coursework or demonstrated interest in digital marketing, demand generation, or marketing analytics
  • Experience with email marketing or marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.)
  • Experience using Canva or basic design tools, and comfort navigating social platforms like Meta and LinkedIn
