About The Position

As a Marketing - Graphic Design Intern , you will join our Marketing & Communications Team in our Westwood, MA; Worcester, MA; or Westfield, MA office, where you’ll play a key role in supporting and delivering projects across a variety of responsibilities. Working with industry experts, you’ll tackle complex challenges that strengthen and support the firm. Our Marketing & Communications Team Our team is made up of experts in operations, proposals, and communications. These specialists collaborate closely with subject matter experts across the organization, playing a key role in shaping pursuit strategies and securing exciting new projects. Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program pursuing a degree in Marketing or Graphic Design
• Previous coursework, projects or experience in marketing, communications, and/or graphic design
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

• Previous internship or co-op work experience in marketing, communications, and/or graphic design
• At least two years of completed coursework from your academic program
• Proficient knowledge in the PC environment of Microsoft software such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Ability to work in Adobe software such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Canva

Responsibilities

• Support our Communications & Creative Manager and other team members
• Develop corporate templates in PowerPoint and Microsoft Word
• Create project schedules and Gantt charts
