About The Position

This role is vital in helping the Song Marketing practice achieve its growth ambitions. The position is responsible for closely coordinating with the Song Client Group Leader, Song Client Group Sales Leader, Client Group Industry Leads, and Song Account Leads to: • Work with the Song Client Group Lead and Song Client Group Sales Leads to ensure that the Song Marketing Client Group sales targets are achieved (as stated in Workday). • Achieve personal sales and chargeability targets by personally anchoring on 3-4 top-priority accounts where these targets can be met. • Prioritize the top 15-20 accounts within the Client Group where there is significant opportunity to build relationships and win new business for Song Marketing. • Leverage our Song Marketing Stage 0 offerings (e.g., Marketing Reinvention, Brand & Creative, Driving Personal Connections, and Content @ Scale) and tailor messaging to ensure relevance for CMOs within the priority industry. · Responsible for building and managing the CG Marketing GTM team to consist of CG Industry GTM leads and “pod” team members to ensure the proper coverage of priority accounts to achieve objectives · Manage the effectiveness of the Client Group GTM team by ensuring the team is focused on key priority accounts and has the necessary funding (chargeable and BD) to achieve their sales and chargeability metrics. · Coordinate and align with Marketing Practice leadership to ensure proper intake and allocation of resources on qualified opportunities.

Requirements

  • 10+ Years Experience in Marketing (Holdco's or Integrated Agencies)
  • 5+ Years in Business Development & Proven Experience Leading and Winning Large Integrated Marketing Deals
