About The Position

As a Marketing Generalist, you will play a crucial role in developing both internal and external communication strategies that are vital for the success of our organization. Internally, your primary responsibility will be to create communication plans that align with the company's goals and leadership directives. This involves collaborating with various departments to ensure that all internal communications are clear, effective, and consistent with our mission, vision, and values. You will manage and produce high-quality content for internal newsletters, emails, intranet, and other communication platforms, ensuring that employees are well-informed and engaged with the company's initiatives. Externally, you will be tasked with collecting project information and creating detailed profiles that showcase our work to the public. This includes writing and editing content for social media, the company website, and other digital platforms to enhance the company's online presence and effectively engage our target audience. You will develop and maintain visually appealing content for the company's website, ensuring that it aligns with brand guidelines and enhances user experience. Your role will also involve assisting in photo and video shoots to ensure that all content meets brand requirements and quality standards. In addition to content creation, you will ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels. You will maintain marketing databases, track expenses, and assist in administrative duties related to marketing operations. Supporting budget management efforts by tracking expenses and providing necessary reports will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will gather comprehensive information on ongoing and completed projects through interviews, research, and collaboration with project managers, creating detailed and compelling profiles for each project that highlight key achievements, outcomes, and benefits. Other duties may be assigned as needed, making this a dynamic and engaging role within the marketing team.
