About The Position

Recall Masters, the industry leader in automotive recall management solutions, is growing! We're seeking a hands-on Marketing Execution Lead to join our team at our Laguna Hills, CA headquarters. The Marketing Execution Lead is a production-focused role responsible for personally creating the design assets, digital content, and marketing materials that drive how Recall Masters shows up in the market. This role is not a strategy position and not a team management role. Success is measured by the quality, consistency, and impact of the work produced. The ideal candidate is a skilled marketing operator who takes pride in excellent output, works with speed and discipline, and thrives with real ownership and minimal hand-holding.

Requirements

  • Design Execution - You are proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva Pro and produce polished, professional assets without needing a designer to clean up your work.
  • Copy Instincts - You write clear, persuasive, on-brand copy. You understand positioning, you don't do corporate filler, and you know when a headline isn't working.
  • Digital Competency - You are comfortable making meaningful website updates and building landing pages in Webflow, WordPress, or a similar CMS without waiting on someone else.
  • Salesforce Awareness - You understand how marketing activity connects to pipeline and can work comfortably alongside a sales team that runs on Salesforce.com.
  • High Standards - You notice when something looks off and fix it before anyone asks. Quality is a personal standard, not a checklist.
  • Speed and Accountability - You deliver finished work on time, take feedback without drama, and don't need constant direction to stay productive.

Responsibilities

  • Create one-pagers, sales decks, case studies, brochures, email graphics, and ad creative
  • Own website updates, landing pages, and layout improvements
  • Produce advertising and promotional assets across digital and print channels
  • Build and maintain sales enablement materials: battlecards, pitch decks, and proposal support
  • Maintain brand consistency across all customer-facing and market-facing channels
  • Translate direction from leadership into polished, market-ready assets, on deadline, every time
  • Support executive and sales team needs including board decks, event materials, and product announcements
