WE LOVE OUR WORK. Implement Marketing special events and promotions to ensure guest loyalty and return visits to the casino (this includes all aspects of the event or promotion including writing the submission, purchasing, run of show etc.) Responsible for coordination of team member schedules, timekeeping and monitoring attendance Trains, counsel, guide and instruct team members in proper performance of their duties. Maintains and enforces departmental policies and procedures Maintain awareness of events and promotions of competitors to ensure that Hollywood Casino at Greektown remains competitive in the marketplace Supervision of team members, which includes work allocation, training, and problem resolution Evaluates performance and makes recommendations for personnel actions Report any problems or critical situations that occur to the Marketing Manager Administer all team relations policies and enforce all company policies, procedures, rules and regulations Assist in managing team related guest complaints and ensure corrective action is taken Purchase items for promotions such as gifts, props, décor etc. Other job-related duties as assigned
