About The Position

We’re Nothing Bundt Cakes and we’re looking for a Marketing & Event Lead to help us spread cake joy. If you're energetic, sales-minded, and love the idea of working events while serving up delicious Bundt cakes with serious passion – keep reading, friend. You will be reppin’ the brand at local events, markets, and pop-ups, setting up and breaking down event setups, managing cake pars, and bringing BIG energy to every conversation. You will also attend community meetings to build local love and help with local bakery marketing efforts.

Requirements

• Sales-savvy with actual experience in retail or sales
• Naturally outgoing and full of positive energy
• Driven and goal-oriented
• Willing to work weekends
• Able to travel between Cherokee and Cobb bakeries
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable lifting event supplies and setting up tents

Responsibilities

• Reppin’ the brand at local events, markets, and pop-ups
• Setting up and breaking down event setups including tables, signage, and tents
• Managing cake pars and being organized during events
• Bringing a sales-driven approach to conversations
• Making people fall in love with our cakes
• Attending community meetings to promote the brand
• Contributing to local bakery marketing efforts
• Helping with social media content ideas and engagement
