You’ll help coordinate logistics, maintain project timelines, support communication workflows, and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful event delivery. You may help prepare for major tradeshows—such as IEEE PES T&D 2026—by updating project plans, tracking deliverables, assembling event materials, or managing inventory. You’ll support registration processes, monitor attendee data, and assist with marketing initiatives like social media content or email invitations. During events, you may help with on‑site coordination to ensure everything runs smoothly. With guidance from experienced marketing professionals, you’ll build a strong foundation in event operations, project coordination, and external marketing practices.
