As a Global Events Intern, you will be part of the team behind high-impact events that connect with customers, build community, and drive real business results. Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Event Management, or a related field
  • Strong interest in event marketing and curiosity about how events drive brand awareness and business growth
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel and support onsite events when needed

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with tools such as Marketo, Cvent, Tableau, or similar platforms is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of global marketing events from concept to completion
  • Work with event technology tools to manage attendee lists, track engagement, and support reporting
  • Assist with sponsorship coordination, vendor communication, and on-the-ground logistics
  • Help keep event timelines on track by coordinating tasks and following up with stakeholders
  • Analyze event performance and contribute to post-event reports that highlight insights and opportunities
  • Collaborate with content, social media, and demand generation teams to help promote events and drive attendance
  • Research new and creative ways to increase event engagement, both virtual and in-person
  • Stay on top of event marketing trends and bring fresh ideas to the team
