  • Coordinate booth sponsorship and logistics with event organizers and vendors.
  • Create show-specific marketing content and manage on-site marketing activities.
  • Develop post-show analysis and expense tracking to optimize budget and ROI.
  • Support the marketing team in translating strategic objectives into tactical marketing activities.
  • Develop and coordinate marketing content for social media, website, and other channels.
  • Manage the brand's creative asset library and deliver assets to sales and partners.
  • Provide ongoing support to the Sales Team and improve marketing support processes.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years as a marketing coordinator or supporting a marketing team.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in tradeshow management, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Working knowledge of graphics programs like Adobe Acrobat and Photoshop.
