The Marketing Director for our Luxe Division leads and directs the marketing function, providing strategic vision and overseeing the execution of marketing plans to achieve business objectives. This role is primarily focused on project management, team leadership, and establishing best practices, with less emphasis on 'hands-on' tactical execution. Acts as a key advisor to senior management, influencing critical decisions and shaping the overall direction of the division's marketing efforts. This individual will also serve as a subject matter expert and resource for others, driving consistency and elevating the quality of marketing for the Division. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and agencies to develop and refine brand plans and deliver against brand health metrics.
