About The Position

The Marketing Director leads the creative development process from briefing through launch. This role oversees marketing strategy, creative execution, and channel alignment to ensure cohesive campaigns across all channels within the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Merchandising, Art, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, creative, content, or related roles
  • 5+ years of experience managing a creative or marketing team
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience managing budgets and marketing spend
  • Experience developing customer-facing creative, preferably in a B2B environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with social media, influencer marketing, or community management preferred
  • Experience with content planning and creative production preferred
  • Familiarity with content management systems, social publishing tools, and digital asset systems preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies across multiple brands within the Davoil Group of Companies
  • Create marketing strategies for new products and services
  • Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, including digital, data, and creative staff
  • Oversee daily workflow and ensure timely project delivery
  • Manage creative projects from kickoff to launch across paid media, email, web, in-store, and social channels
  • Evaluate campaign performance and implement improvements within budget constraints
  • Develop and lead creative briefings with internal teams and external agencies
  • Partner with product development to align marketing with product launches
  • Collaborate with creative teams to execute campaigns across all promotional calendars
  • Align with channel leads to ensure consistency across all marketing channels
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
  • Lead creative review meetings and ensure alignment across the customer journey
  • Perform final creative review and quality assurance across all channels
