About The Position
The Marketing Director is responsible for developing, executing, and leading strategic marketing initiatives to promote Passion Publishing’s catalog of books, authors, and overall brand identity. This position oversees all marketing initiatives, coordinating with partner imprints and internal creative teams to build impactful campaigns that drive book sales, grow readership, and enhance the publisher’s market presence. At their core this person is a tirelessly creative individual who is gifted at crafting and sharing the narratives behind our books and authors to captivate and grow our readership. The Marketing Director also plays a critical role in building relationships with authors, partners, and media to maximize visibility and engagement across all platforms. It is the privilege of each person on the Passion Publishing team to strive to further the Gospel, ensuring that Passion Publishing’s titles align with truth as revealed in Scripture.
