About The Position

As the Marketing Director, Service Industry, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction with both large and small merchants in the service industry. You will work with a team of professionals, collaborating with cross-functional departments to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of Service clients. Your role will be pivotal in positioning Fiserv as a thought leader in the service space, ensuring that our marketing efforts generate impactful results.

Requirements

• 9+ years of business-to-business (B2B) marketing experience in the service industry.
• 9+ years of experience with digital marketing, content marketing, and traditional marketing methods.
• 5+ years' experience managing a team of direct reports.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree.
• Experience in FinTech or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics within the service industry.
• Lead product marketing efforts, including product positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategies, and lifecycle management.
• Execution of targeted marketing campaigns tailored to the unique needs of the service industry, focusing on driving customer acquisition and retention.
• Develop industry-specific content, engagement programs, and events to showcase our expertise and innovative solutions.
• Deliver key performance indicators (KPIs) for industry marketing, analyzing data to optimize strategies and report on outcomes to leadership.
• Communicate with leadership and key stakeholders on industry marketing performance, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
• Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI on marketing investments.
