Job Posting External Job Responsibilities: Contribute to Crown's Core UI design system, assisting in the design and documentation of new components and patterns. Evaluate existing component use cases and recommend. Create and update Figma design assets to support the ongoing enhancements to Crown's design system Support component documentation and usage guidelines for designers and developers. Conduct UX website audits to identify usability issues and improvement opportunities. Analyze website analytics, heatmaps, and customer interaction data to understand user behavior. Support the development of A/B test plans and evaluate test outcomes to inform future design decisions. Map and assess customer journeys to identify friction points and recommend enhancements that drive engagement and conversion. Provide recommendations to improve navigation, content layout, and overall user experience based on data insights. Assist in defining functional requirements for new website features and enhancements. Support testing and validation of new web functionality prior to deployment.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Interactive Media, Web Design, User Experience, Digital Marketing, or related field.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, visual design, and responsive web design.
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiarity with web evaluation tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar)
- Good written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Core skills, analytical, and collaborative mindset with a passion for improving digital experiences.
