The Marketing Development Program (MDP) is a multi-year (2-3 year) rotational program designed to offer a wide range of developmental opportunities to recent marketing graduates. The program equips recent university graduates with the skills needed to manage the full product life cycle, from market research and new product development to product launch, commercialization, and product line rationalization. The MDP provides a well-rounded experience within our organization and the professional construction industry. Participants will engage in rotational assignments, within Product Management, Marketing Communications, Market Research, and/or Sales Planning & Forecasting. These structured experiences aim to enhance participants' problem-solving skills, foster collaboration, offer mentoring, provide cross-functional exposure, and deliver formal training. After finishing the rotational program, our MDP participants will be assigned to permanent roles within the company, aligning their interests with organizational needs for a rewarding career experience. This role is hybrid with four days per week in the office and one day per week remote. We anticipate a June 2026 start date.
