The Marketing Designer shall serve The Navigators and fulfill the responsibilities listed below in the spirit of The Navigators calling, values and purpose: To advance the Gospel of Jesus and His kingdom into the nations through spiritual generations of laborers living and discipling among the lost. This position is responsible for producing visual design assets in collaboration with cross-functional teams. The role supports a variety of projects, including digital, print, and branding materials, within a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Primary Responsibilities [90%] Design and produce branded materials for digital and print platforms such as, social, collateral, illustrations, presentations, email campaigns, swag, brochures. Collaborate with Project manager regularly and the content, digital teams when necessary. Create new concepts and work with Creative Services Manager for design reviews and edits from the client for the finished work. Client facing work needs to be a balance what the client wants and what makes the best design decision recommendation. Revise and update existing designs based on feedback. In tune with latest design and marketing trends and ability to work within brand guidelines but still provide creative edge. Additional Responsibilities [10%] Participate in Navigators’ on-site learning and development events, Cultural Development and Diversity trainings, or other non-Navigator developmental events as appropriate. Participate in annual processes, such as the organizational Plan and Progress Review (PPR), Engagement Survey, Reaffirmation of the Navigators Code of Conduct, Calling-Core Values-Vision, Statement of Faith, Driver’s Authorization, and other releases as required. Submit time worked on a weekly basis through the Workday Time Tracking system. Submit expense report as needed due the 15th of each month. Other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor
