About The Position

We're seeking a talented Marketing Designer with a focus on GTM strategy to join our growing team. As a GTM Marketing Designer at Cyera, you will be responsible for partnering with the rest of the Marketing team to understand our evolving strategy and approach. Marketing design is vital to communicating our brand values and product to expand awareness and reach millions of customers/ potential candidates worldwide. In this role, you will be responsible for conceiving and executing engaging designs across marketing collateral, digital content, events, and social media. The team will rely on you to execute with great attention to detail, aligned to Cyera's brand and style guidelines, in a way that resonates emotionally with our customers and prospects. You will also contribute to developing our brand style guidelines and design system.

Requirements

• A strong design portfolio with various digital design examples shows your ability to work across different design principles
• Complete mastery over Figma and Adobe creative cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign)
• Creative problem-solver and task-master, able to manage their time and meet deadlines, willing to face design challenges big and small in a fast-paced environment
• An impeccable eye for design and the skills to execute it
• Positive attitude with a willingness to put aside ego for the sake of what's best for the team
• High level of written and spoken English
• B.A. in Visual Communication
• 3+ years of experience working in a design firm or creative agency

Nice To Haves

• Control over Adobe After Effects and knowledge of Motion graphics
• Control over Webflow

Responsibilities

• Own your design domain! Full accountability for the marketing design.
• Develop or update brand identity, standards, and brand management tools as needed.
• Communicate ideas and concepts clearly. Review work objectively and with the aid of analytics, and apply learnings to future work.
• Work collaboratively with the marketing stakeholders - VP of marketing, marketing operations, product marketing, and demand-gen.
• Develop our website and build new components while working on a clear design system.
