About The Position

The Marketing Designer will be responsible for mentoring and fostering collaborative design thinking and branded solutions across a wide range of projects. The goals for this position are to successfully integrate brand strategy and dynamic visualization across marketing collateral, web and print design, and email marketing. Reporting to Forcura's Senior Director, Communications & Brand Strategy, the day-to-day responsibilities will include design research, identity design, front-end web design, technical illustration, social media graphics, HTML5 design and presentation builds. While interpreting our brand strategy and mission, you will meet daily, weekly, and long-term deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related discipline
  • At least two to three years of relevant design experience
  • A strong portfolio of work displaying conceptual thinking and design
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the design and creative marketing processes, including using data to inspire insights, inform intuition, and drive results
  • Advanced understanding of the elements of design (typography, layout, hierarchy, spacing, and proportion)
  • Proficiency in tools such as Adobe CC, Figma, Canva and Creatopy
  • Experience collaborating with team members as needed
  • Experience with motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere, Final Cut Pro)
  • Experience with HubSpot, HTML, HTML5 and CSS

Nice To Haves

  • SaaS and/or healthcare experience
  • Experience with SEO optimization or aHrefs

Responsibilities

  • Elevate and maintain the brand within existing brand guidelines.
  • Design marketing collateral based on established brand standards and repurpose them for multiple mediums.
  • Transform draft materials and concepts into concise and meaningful visuals, media, and/or design solutions.
  • Craft graphic elements, mood boards, and prototypes.
  • Provide design support for digital marketing campaigns, inclusive of email, web, ads, collateral, and social media.
  • Produce and edit video content for a variety of channels.
  • Promote and maintain brand standards in all designs seen by external and internal audiences, including web and other digital collateral used by Marketing, Sales, and Client Experience.
  • Manage brand templates in shared systems such as PowerPoint and Canva and serve as design SME for employees creating content in these systems.
  • Design materials for events, landing pages, print assets, social ads, internal branding, conferences, company swag, and more!
  • Assist in managing SEO across the website and other marketing content.
  • All other job related duties as assigned.
