Prosource & Vitis Technologies are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Marketing & Design Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for a creative individual who thrives at the intersection of strategic marketing and compelling visual communication. You will be instrumental in developing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns while also ensuring our brand identity is consistently represented through high-quality design assets.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, developing, and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, social media, content, etc.) to achieve business objectives.
  • Write, edit, and proofread engaging marketing copy for various platforms, including website content, blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and ad creatives.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing collateral, presentations, and tools that empower sales efforts and streamline the sales process.
  • Manage and grow our social media presence, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
  • Support the creation and deployment of email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
  • Assist with basic search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) efforts, including keyword research and ad copy development.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance using relevant metrics and tools, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Plan and execute marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, product launches, and webinars, ensuring seamless execution and achievement of event objectives.
  • Conduct basic market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and target audience insights.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years in marketing/design/communications roles, including experience in B2B settings, with track record of success in brand management, content development, and internal/external communications.
  • Experience managing external vendors preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, design, communications, or related field.
  • Must provide strong portfolio showcasing design skills.
  • Proficient in technology platforms and software applications relevant to this position, i.e., Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, web content management systems, CRM tools, social media and other digital platforms, and project management tools.
