We are seeking a creative, versatile, and results-driven Marketing Design Lead to join our SaaS software team. This mid-level role requires an innovative marketer with strong skills in AI video production, sales collateral design, event marketing booth design, website design, and printed material creation. The ideal candidate should have a passion for creating compelling content and design while maintaining consistency in brand voice and messaging across various platforms. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create a diverse range of marketing materials to support our growing SaaS business.

  • Lead the development and production of AI-powered videos, including promotional videos, explainer content, product demos, and customer stories.
  • Design engaging, on-brand sales collateral, including brochures, presentations, one-pagers, and product sheets, aimed at driving lead generation and sales conversion.
  • Take ownership of the creative design and execution of our event marketing booths, ensuring they are visually appealing, on-brand, and provide an engaging experience for visitors.
  • Work with the web team to create and update website pages, ensuring they are visually aligned with the overall brand, optimized for user experience, and contribute to lead generation goals.
  • Create high-quality, printed materials for promotional purposes, such as posters, flyers, banners, and other marketing collateral for trade shows, conferences, and other events.
  • Work closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to develop and execute campaigns, ensuring all creative assets are consistent with the company’s messaging, goals, and objectives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards across all creative outputs. Collaborate with external vendors when necessary.
  • 3+ years of experience in a design role, preferably within the SaaS or technology sector.
  • Strong expertise in AI video production tools and techniques.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and web design platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow).
  • Solid experience in designing event marketing booths, trade show displays, and other physical marketing materials.
  • A solid understanding of branding and marketing principles.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A portfolio demonstrating design and writing skills across various media is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • Experience in motion graphics and animation.
