The Marketing Demand Generation Manager is responsible for driving awareness, engagement, and qualified leads for Vernier products and services across K-12 and higher education markets with a particular emphasis on district administrators and decision-makers. This role leads the development and execution of multi-channel campaigns, including advertising and events tailored to our target personas and states and aligned with our Integrated Marketing Plan and strategic marketing goals. This individual supervises the Demand Generation Team, including events and content marketing professionals. They collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing, CMO, product marketing, sales, and delight teams to execute campaigns that drive measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate is analytical, curious, results-driven, and brings a strong understanding of both the education market and the buyer's journey. The manager partners with internal stakeholders and external agencies to launch, optimize, and report on campaigns, including creating and overseeing dashboards and reporting tools to evaluate performance, identify insights, and optimize marketing effectiveness.
