The Marketing Data Scientist will play a critical role in advancing Hertz’s data-driven marketing strategy. This position focuses on building and refining our Marketing Mix Model, supporting CRM data analysis, and enabling tactical and strategic Loyalty initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with business acumen to deliver actionable insights that optimize marketing spend and enhance customer engagement. This position reports to the Director of Digital Growth. Note: this role will be required to work from our Atlanta, GA office at least 3 days per week.
