The Marketing Data Operations Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless flow of high-quality data into our demand generation engine. This person will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, segmenting, and integrating data (companies, contacts, intent signals) into various marketing and sales platforms, including Outreach, Marketo, Salesforce, and other tools. This role requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency (deduping, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data grouping), and the ability to manage large datasets. Knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus. The Marketing Data Operations Specialist will work closely with the Demand Generation team to define targeting criteria and will own the data cohorting and hygiene to ensure accurate, effective outreach. They will also be responsible for managing communication frequency to prevent over-messaging and ensuring clean audience segmentation across all marketing campaigns.
