Marketing Data Entry - Temporary
About The Position
Together, We Own it! Start your employee owner journey with Shorr Packaging. The Data Entry - Temporary will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of Shorr’s Marketing contacts using Excel. The successful candidate will work closely with members of other departments to identify and obtain accurate customer contact data that will improve data integrity in Salesforce. The hourly rate for this temporary position is $20/hour based on candidate experience. This temporary position is not benefits eligible. This temporary position is targeted to start on 3/9/2026 and will end on 4/9/2026 (or 30 days after the start date). The expected weekly hours are between 30 - 40 hours a week (with flexibility), Monday through Friday, working remote after the initial onboarding period (first week).
Requirements
- Microsoft Excel experience using sorting, filtering, text to columns, and formulas such as vlookup.
Nice To Haves
- Salesforce experience is a plus
- Smartsheets experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Work cross functionally with Procurement to ensure Marketing has accurate customer contact information.
- Produce data validation reports and resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist with standardization of all aspects of data setup for Salesforce.
- Ensure proper formatting and consistency and reconcile any data discrepancies.
