The Marketing Data Analyst is a high-impact, hands-on role responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of marketing data. You will lead the technical execution of list selections for direct/digital response campaigns while simultaneously turning raw data into actionable business intelligence. By managing Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and complex SQL queries, you will bring clarity to the effectiveness of both offline and digital channels, optimizing for ROI, ROAS, and customer retention. This hands-on role will work collaboratively with internal and external resources to own the selection and configuration of data collection platforms and define benchmarks for key metrics including Cost of Acquisition (COA), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and overall Return on Investment (ROI). Diving deep into trends and drivers, the Marketing Data Analyst will proactively work to identify optimization opportunities across marketing channels, spend allocation, and creative content - using data to tell a compelling story that helps business leaders understand the most effective ways to drive awareness, engagement, acquisition, and retention across all product lines and audiences.
