Community Tax is a national leader in tax resolution and financial services. We help individuals and small businesses overcome tax debt and regain control of their finances through honest work, proven strategies, and a deep commitment to results. We are now hiring a Marketing Data Analyst to take ownership of our marketing data infrastructure and analytics. This person will oversee all marketing data sources, dashboards, and performance metrics, and will help shape one of our most important strategic capabilities: data-driven marketing.

  • Build and maintain a unified marketing analytics foundation and deliver actionable insights across all channels.
  • Integrate data from multiple sources (CRM, web analytics, ad platforms, and partner referrals) and develop performance dashboards to inform decision-making.
  • Refine attribution models and conduct cohort analyses to understand how each campaign and partner contributes to growth.
  • Collaborate closely with the Partner Marketing team and other marketing verticals to ensure data accuracy, align on metrics definitions, and identify opportunities to improve ROI.
  • Consolidate data from all marketing channels into a unified data warehouse.
  • Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that monitor key performance indicators across campaigns.
  • Track affiliate and partner referral metrics closely, ensuring accurate reporting of each partner's contributions.
  • Analyze marketing and sales data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
  • Work with marketing, sales, and technology teams to ensure data alignment and integrity.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis.
  • Experience with advanced analytical techniques, including cohort analysis, attribution modeling, and campaign performance evaluation.
  • Proficiency with data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker, Tableau or similar) to create clear and impactful dashboards.
  • Familiarity with marketing data sources and tools: CRM systems (especially SugarCRM), Google Analytics and Tag Manager, online advertising platforms, and partner referral tracking data.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Bilingual Fluency in Spanish/English is a plus.
  • Experience in financial services, tax resolution, or other regulated industries is highly valued.
  • Expertise in SQL and ETL processes, with the ability to build data pipelines and transform raw data for analysis.
