We are seeking a Marketing Data & AI Strategist who will transform data into a competitive advantage. This role blends analytics, predictive modeling, and technical SEO expertise to uncover growth opportunities, reduce customer acquisition costs, and improve retention. Your insights will drive AI-powered decision-making across our marketing and growth teams.

  • Develop and own Herbal Goodness’ marketing analytics strategy end-to-end.
  • Use AI/ML tools to forecast demand, predict churn, and personalize customer journeys.
  • Monitor and optimize core KPIs: CAC, LTV, conversion rates, retention, repeat purchase rates.
  • Partner with SEO and content teams to ensure analytics inform organic growth initiatives.
  • Conduct technical SEO audits and maintain strong site health (crawlability, structured data, site speed).
  • Build clear, actionable dashboards for leadership and growth teams.
  • Design and analyze experiments (A/B testing, cohort analysis) and deliver data-driven recommendations.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in marketing analytics, data strategy, or similar roles (eCommerce/CPG/wellness preferred).
  • Proficiency with SQL, Excel, GA4, and visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, or Power BI).
  • Strong knowledge of technical SEO and Google Search Console.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven personalization, recommendation engines, or customer journey automation.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights for leadership.
  • Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills.
