At Healthy Kids, we are passionate about creating incredible experiences for children and families. We’re looking for a creative and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help bring our brand to life across communities!

Responsibilities

  • Manage Social Media: Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across our social media platforms that highlights storytelling, program offerings, and our impact on the community.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the program team to capture inspiring stories, student experiences, and program highlights to share across various marketing channels.
  • Flyer Management: Oversee the creation, ordering, and distribution of flyers and marketing materials to partner schools multiple times a year.
  • Graphic Design: Design and edit flyers, newsletters, social media graphics, and other marketing materials (basic graphic design skills required).
  • Newsletter Creation: Produce vibrant, informative newsletters that keep families and school partners engaged and excited.
  • Event Coordination: Help plan and coordinate community and internal events.
  • Grassroots Marketing Support: Work closely with our regional program teams to develop local marketing efforts that build strong community relationships and boost enrollment.
  • Some travel to program sites will be required to capture content, coordinate activities, and support events.

Requirements

  • A passion for storytelling, creativity, and community engagement.
  • Experience managing social media for a brand, business, or nonprofit.
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools).
  • Strong writing skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • A collaborative spirit and ability to work across multiple teams.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar.

Nice-to-haves

  • Photography or basic video editing.
  • Event planning experience.
  • Experience in childcare, education, or youth-focused organizations.
