Crest Marine is seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in implementing, tracking, and optimizing marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating our consumer-facing website, design-a-boat platform, and executing consumer and dealer email communications. You will report on performance and develop benchmarks and metrics to track against goals. In this role, you will implement and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, website, print, and in-person events. You will track and analyze marketing performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for improvement. Additionally, you will manage and update the consumer-facing website and design-a-boat platform, ensuring content accuracy, relevance, and an excellent user experience. You will develop and manage the email communication strategy, including creating and maintaining personalized email journeys, promotional emails, and automated campaigns. Your responsibilities will also include managing a digital content calendar, curating, editing, and posting relevant consumer-facing blog posts with an SEO-first mentality. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and external agencies to create compelling content, including graphics, videos, and copywriting, will be essential. Utilizing Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and other marketing tools, you will develop, optimize, and automate marketing campaigns. Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and strategies for improving marketing initiatives will also be part of your duties. You will provide support to the marketing team in organizing and executing marketing events and promotions, and collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience across all Crest digital channels. Additionally, you will assist in the development and execution of search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimization (SEO) strategies with appropriate Crest vendors. This role will work across teams, most notably the marketing team, supporting teams (such as developers and IT), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.
