The Marketing Coordinator at WFSB Channel 3 is responsible for supporting the Sales Department through various administrative and creative tasks. This role involves creating presentations for marketing campaigns, managing campaign deliverables, and acting as a liaison between the news and sales departments. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for marketing and collaboration.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent; College degree preferred
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate clearly with various departments
• Creativity with a passion for collaboration
• Project management experience and time-management skills for juggling numerous time-sensitive projects simultaneously
• Strong computer skills for generating reports and designing presentations
• Analytical with the ability to present information in an easy-to-understand manner
• Excellent interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Creating detailed, well-written, and visually appealing presentations to pitch new marketing campaigns to companies locally and nationally
• Acting as a liaison between news and sales for marketing opportunities
• Providing quality control of all station and NTR sponsorships including managing cross-departmental deliverables for existing marketing campaigns
• Creating detailed post reports for completed marketing campaigns
• Daily copy coordination with AE's, Clients, and Traffic Department
• Assisting with setup, facilitation, and completion of client marketing events
